La Marina de Valencia is buzzing with a new player in its innovation ecosystem. This is not just another tech project; it is a space that combines the best of design, gastronomy and that touch of disruptive creativity that makes all the difference when it is time to relax. Grupo El Alto and Groovelives Team, two benchmarks in hospitality and leisure in unique venues, have joined forces to bring FRONT to life, a gastronomic space that is already setting trends at The Terminal Hub, the home of innovation in La Marina de Valencia.

Groovelives Team, known for managing iconic venues and festivals that blend music, art and gastronomy, together with Grupo El Alto, which has been creating high-quality and sustainable gastronomic experiences for more than 40 years, now bring a proposal that goes beyond food. With the participation of IAM Studio, responsible for interior design projects in iconic nightlife venues such as Pacha Barcelona, Spook, Teatro Barceló, festivals such as Sónar and Arenal Sound, and reference spaces such as the new headquarters of Red Bull Spain in Madrid, they have designed Front The Terminal Bar in a way that complements and enhances the building’s unique architecture. A place designed to make you feel at home while being part of Valencia’s innovative ecosystem.

But what truly elevates this project and connects it to La Marina de Valencia is the visual identity created by TOT Studio, which has played a key role in giving personality to this space. Front The Terminal Bar is not just a bar, it is the new spot where innovation and creativity meet by the sea. With an impressive track record working for brands such as Budweiser, Levi’s and Rosalía, TOT does not just design, but completely transforms the way brands connect with their audience. In this project, they have created a brand that vibrates simplicity, modernity and strong personality. And the name could not be more fitting.

Cuisine with a Mediterranean soul, sustainable vision and Valencian roots

The gastronomic heart of Front is in the hands of chef Juan Torres, born in El Grau, who brings the taste of the sea and the essence of the neighbourhood into every dish. His cuisine is an ecosystem where every detail matters: locally sourced ingredients, trusted suppliers and absolute respect for the product.

Gastronomic director of Grupo El Alto and passionate about good food, Juan defines himself as “Gastroeufórico”, someone who enjoys both creating and tasting. His mission at Front is clear: to make guests happy through the senses, with a proposal that combines Mediterranean identity with a modern and sustainable vision.

The Front menu reflects this philosophy: rice dishes cooked with precision, fresh fish selected daily and dishes designed to make your mouth water, and not only because you are by the sea. Here, creativity and tradition meet in every bite, with no shortcuts, with rigour, precision and passion.

“Life is made of moments, enjoy them!”, says Fillipe.

The experience continues with the cocktail bar, led by Fillipe Suárez, a personal tribute to the sea inspired by his roots in Rio de Janeiro. “This menu is a piece of home,” says Fillipe, “each drink is designed to capture that feeling of enjoying the moment by the sea.” In the morning, he focuses on natural options with juices, energising smoothies and açaís. Inspired by Brazilian culture and its connection to a healthy lifestyle, perfect to start the day with energy.

For after-lunch moments, afterwork and unhurried Saturdays, signature cocktails take centre stage. It is a personal tribute to the sea, inspired by his roots in Rio de Janeiro. With exotic ingredients that evoke tropical flavours, the offer delivers a perfect blend of freshness and innovation.

Flavour, music and good moments beyond the table

At Front The Terminal Bar, music is the third protagonist of the experience, not just a simple accompaniment. From soft chill sessions after lunch to soul and disco afterworks, each moment has its own rhythm.

On Saturday mornings, the plan is called So de la Mar: a lunch that extends with live music and DJ sets until sunset, with La Marina as the backdrop.
